Welcome to Mamas Who Move - our private studio in Prebbleton, where we offer a variety of semi-private and private personal training services designed to help you get fit, feel confident, and push your limits in a safe and supportive environment. Our classes are perfect for mamas, and we welcome both kids and pups! With plenty of parking and a non-intimidating atmosphere, you'll find the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals. 

Semi-Private PT

Mamas Who Move Selwyn small group sessions are run from a private Prebbleton studio 6 days a week. Each session is 60minutes and has a maximum of 4 people. Training style varies session to session however each program is delivered over 6 weeks. We cater to all ages, & all fitness levels. Sessions are held in our welcoming Prebbleton studio and are completely tailored to your body, your pace, and your season of motherhood. Kids are always welcome, and your journey is 100% yours.
