Memberships & Pricing

Our group sessions are run as semi-private personal training sessions, with a maximum of four people per class. Each workout is customised to your goals, giving you the personal trainer experience—without the price tag. Sessions are scheduled to run for 60 minutes. 2 Sessions Per Week | $45pw

Join our community with 2 session per week to build strength, energy and confidence, stay consistent while keeping balance in your life. Sessions are capped at 4 people. Note group sessions will close week ending 17th May as Julia-Rose heads off on maternity leave.

1 session Per Week | $25pw
