Welcome to our private fitness studio in Prebbleton – a space designed to help you move, grow stronger, and feel your best. We offer a variety of semi-private personal training classes (capped at just 4 people) so you get the personalised attention of a trainer, without the hefty price tag. Our strength and conditioning classes are delivered over 6 week program blocks however feel free to join in anytime!
Whether you're new to exercise or getting back into a routine, our non-intimidating, supportive environment is the perfect place to build confidence and achieve your fitness goals.With plenty of on-site parking and a welcoming vibe, we make it easy to show up and focus on you.

Tone 45 minutes
A beginner-friendly full-body strength class designed to build confidence and progress—without barbells.
A great starting point for those new to strength training. This class is an introduction to full body training without intimidating barbells. 'Tone' programming is delivered over 6 week blocks to ensure progress. Tone is split into 3 classes - Lower, Upper and Full Body. Join in any time

Strong 60 minutes
A class focused on building real strength through compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses—perfect for mamas ready to lift heavy and level up.
Get Strong and learn how to lift safely with our 60 minute dedicated strength class. With a focus on Olympic Lifts ( Squat, Deadlift, Bench & Press) 'Strong' programming is delivered over 6 week blocks to ensure progress. Suitable for beginners. Join in anytime!

Align 45 minutes
A low-impact class designed to improve core strength, mobility, and posture. The perfect beginner class.
Build a strong foundation with stability, mobility, and alignment-focused movements. This class is designed to improve core strength, posture, and mobility, helping you move better and feel stronger in everyday life. Perfect for mums looking to enhance balance and restore full-body connection. Suitable for newly post partum mamas.

Hybrid 45 minutes
Unlike our progressive programs, this class is all about variety, fun, and blowing off steam.
For those who love the element of surprise! Hybrid mixes it up with strength, HIIT, and stability-style training. . A great way to move your body, connect with others, and keep things fresh each week.

HIIT 45 minutes
Fast-paced, sweaty, and energising—perfect for building fitness and burning off stress.
A fast-paced, sweat-inducing class using short bursts of effort and recovery to build strength and cardio fitness. Scalable for all levels, but not recommended within the first 3 months postpartum. Physio clearance advised for new mamas.

Glute lab 60 minutes
A targeted lower-body class focused on glute activation, strength, and growth.
Fire up your glutes and build lower body strength with targeted activation drills, resistance training, and functional movements. This class is designed to grow, shape, and strengthen your glutes for serious peach gains!
